Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Our aim is to prepare and despatch your order within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  • As of November 2017, we only ship to UK addresses and all deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
  • Standard first-class delivery costs a flat rate of £3.40 irrespective of order size.
  • Signed-for first-class delivery costs a flat rate of £4.40, irrespective of order size.
  • You should receive your order within 48 hours of despatch. If you opt for signed-for delivery, please make sure you are at the delivery address for 48 hours following despatch to accept the order as a signature will be required.
  • You should receive your order within 4 working days from ordering. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure this target is met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example, due to poor weather conditions.
  • If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please email mike@brimmersbitters.co.uk.

 

Cancellation and returns

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days beginning on the day after delivery of your order. Informing us of your cancellation can be done by emailing mike@brimmersbitters.co.uk. To receive a full refund (including postage price) you must return the items in the same condition as received. We will not refund products which have been opened or tampered with. We would appreciate it if you could inform us ASAP of any cancellations as it is easier to cancel an order before it has left the premises.
  • You may return any product within 30 days of the date you received your order provided that the products have not been opened, tampered or consumed. Please return your products to Charity Hall, Long Lane, Fowlmere, Cambs SG8 7TA. Be sure to include your order reference number and the reason you are returning your goods so that we can process a refund for you. Please note that we will not reimburse your postage costs on returned items unless it is due to an error made by us.
  • In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please inform us within 30 days of receipt of your order by emailing mike@brimmersbitters.co.uk. This means we can do everything we can to ensure that you are refunded for the faulty item, or that a replacement product is sent out to you ASAP. Please note that you may be required to send evidence, i.e. a photograph of the faulty/damaged item.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days from the authorisation of your refund, for it to show in your bank account. If for some reason, you have not received an agreed refund after 7 days, please email mike@brimmersbitters.co.uk.
