Brimmers was born with the ambition to create exceptional British-made craft cocktail bitters.

To present day

Handmade by Mike Palmer in his garage in the village of Fowlmere, Cambridgeshire, Brimmers is a family owned business producing small batch aromatic cocktail bitters.
